1501/SF - 2000/SF........$350
2001/SF - 2500/SF........$385
2501/SF - 3000/SF........$420
3001/SF - 3500/SF........$475
3501/SF - 4000/SF........$525
4001/SF & Above......$0.15/SF
(Square footage x $0.15/SF = Amount plus any additional fees.

Repeat Customer Savings (New Builds):
We offer continued savings after the first performed inspection with A2Z on New Builds.
The 3 most common New Build Inspections are; PreDrywall, PreClose and 11 Month.
Repeat Customer Savings (Different Home):
If you did not proceed with buying the home we inspected the first time and continue to use A2Z on future inspections, we offer $10 discount on each.
Note: These are A2Z's Standard prices. The total cost can vary depending on location, type of inspection and other additional items to be discussed upon scheduling of the inspection.
